Amen! So be it!!

Much of the present sorry state we currently find our society and universal church (denominations to remain unmentioned) in... is due to weak leadership. Many people have been praying for bold men/women of God to declare His truths. I, for one, am hoping for an Amos or John the Baptist type who will "intensely" focus the light of Truth in the dark areas of our world. Let us hope that a revival is taking place.

For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but has given us a Spirit of... (find out for yourselves in 2 Timothy 7 :-)

So you and Brit Hume are on the same page. He made the statement that Tiger needs Jesus as well. I agree that we should all pull for the embattled lives that they might find grace, peace, and healing through Christ.

Well said, Pastor. Thank you for defending Jesus' truth. Is the woman at the well a parallel?? Not only did Jesus not condemn her, but he sought her out.
And yes, the family equally.

When reading this I couldn't help but think of the 2nd verse of the old hymn O to Be Like Thee

O to be like Thee, full of compassion, Loving forgiving, tender and kind, Helping the helpless cheering the fainting, Seeking the wand'ring sinner to find.

O to be like Thee! O to be like Thee, Blessed Redeemer, pure as Thou art! Come in Thy sweetness; come in Thy fullness. Stamp Thine own image deep on my heart.

It really can make a difference in how we live.
